June 20-24, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Come along on a yoga journey through forests and fields. Learn individual and group yoga poses, as well as breathing tools to both energize and calm the body. Each day we will learn new yoga poses expressing the movements and postures of different wild animals, followed by a visit with a live animal that inspired the pose. Our adventures will also include nature scavenger hunts, nature journaling, mindful listening and relaxation in the forest, and fun yoga games.
